Just seven months after its predecessor, Oppo India appears to be getting ready to release its next foldable. Although it is not a brand-new smartphone, the Oppo Find N3 Flip appears to be an improvement over its earlier-released Oppo Sense N2 Flip, which was also introduced in India this year. With its upcoming product, the OnePlus Open, which was formally unboxed following a number of leaks, Oppo appears to have decided to focus on the vertical folding form factor for the time being. Oppo has begun to release teasers for the Find N3 Flip in India, though it has not yet provided an official launch date. A potential launch date has also been revealed by a tipster.
Oppo is currently holding a competition to promote the foldable phone after posting two teaser videos detailing its design and triple camera setup. To win the Oppo Find N3 Flip or a variety of other opto audio accessories, winners can participate in an ongoing lucky draw that runs from October 3 to October 24. This does indeed portend a launch that will take place soon.
The Oppo Find N3 Flip was officially launched in China on August 23, marking a significant milestone as the first clamshell foldable device to incorporate a triple rear camera setup. This innovative smartphone is available in three elegant colors: Mirror Night (black), Mist Rose (pink), and Moonlight Muse (gold).
In addition to the impressive triple rear camera setup, which now includes a high-resolution 32-megapixel telephoto camera, Oppo has also enhanced the cover display. The new display measures 3.26 inches diagonally and maintains the vertical alignment of its predecessor, albeit with a slightly wider design.
Under the hood, the Oppo Find N3 Flip is powered by the advanced Dimensity 9200 SoC, an upgrade from the previous Dimensity 9000+. This powerful chipset is complemented by a generous 12GB of RAM and a spacious 512GB of storage, ensuring smooth performance and ample space for multimedia content.
The device offers the standard range of connectivity options and retains the convenient side-mounted fingerprint reader, which remains unchanged from the previous model.
